Accommodation

We recommend that all event attendees stay in the beautiful township of Denmark for the duration of the event.

All stages start and finish within 40mins drive of Denmark (in fact most stages are within 25mins!) so it’s super close to the running and has all the support services you need to have a great experience.

Denmark is also the location for race registration, the final finish line and the midevent dinner on Saturday night – at the Boston Brewing Company.

There is no designated group/camp accommodation venues so you are free to book the accommodation that suits your style, budget and timeframe independently of others. Here are some suggestions:

The friendly people at the Denmark Visitor Centre have plenty of info on their website including a very well put together accommodation booking service:

Denmark Rivermouth Caravan park

This is a well regarded, popular caravan park located on Wilson Inlet just 2km from the Denmark town centre. The caravan park has a range of accommodation options including cabins and chalets that sleep 3, 4 and 6 as well as powered campsites, laundry and onsite cafe.

Albany Visitor Info Centre

Albany has the nearest airport and is the major commercial center for the Great Southern Region. Albany is another recommended place to stay, especially before or after the race to extend your stay and see the spectacular Tornidirrup Peninsula.
